We stand behind the quality our products. We do not consider a sale complete until you are satisfied with your purchase. If our product does not meet your expectation, we will take it back. We want to make sure every Rhino Radios' customer is happy and satisfied.
If you did not get everything you ordered, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the package.
All items are eligible for return within 30 days of the date you received them. Full refund will be issued to items that are in their original packaging and mostly new with no missing part or damage. Special conditions apply.
RETURN PROCESS (3 Easy Steps!)
- To return an item, go to Return page to submit a request. A pre-paid label will be emailed to you.
- Package the item in its original packaging and stick the label on
- Drop it off!
Please note: $75.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping charges and handling. Original shipping is not refundable. In case of sea freight shipping, Additional $35 will be deducted.
If you did not receive the exact item you ordered, we will waive the return shipping cost for you.
Please submit your claims within 30 days after receiving the item.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks from the day you send back the items. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the item to reach us and 2-5 business days for us to inspect your item and issue refund or arrange for exchange. Then it takes around 2 weeks for the refund to reach your bank.
All refund will be issued to the original payment method that was used to complete the purchase.
If your credit card has expired or is cancelled, please reach us at CustomerService@RhinoRadios.com to arrange for alternative refund method.
Please drop off your package within 30 days after receiving the return label, otherwise we will charge a restocking fee.*
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
You will receive your refund of the actual amount paid on the items. The value of discount is not refundable.
For defective or damaged products, please submit a request to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Please package the item securely before sending it back, we will not be responsible for any damage occur during transit.
- Restocking fee will be charged if the item is damaged or missing.
- Up to 15% restocking fee will be charged separately on each of the following,
• Missing or damaged harnesses/cables
• Scratches and damage on bezel/surface
• Missing or damaged accessories.
- Up to 25% restocking fee will be charged separately on each of the following,
• Scratched or damaged screen
• Damaged electrical board including connectors on the electrical board.
*10% late fee will be charged if package was dropped off after 30 days.
25% late fee after 60 days.
60% late fee after 180 days.
90% late fee after 240 days.
No refund will be issued if the package was sent back past the warranty.
Extra restocking fee still applies if the item was sent back with damage or missing items.
